Shoe Mart celebrates 25th anniversary by signing Maya Diab as its latest brand ambassador, who will be fronting Shoe Mart’s Spring/Summer 2015 advertising campaign.
The new face of Shoe Mart, Lebanese actress, singer and fashion icon Maya Diab, needs no introduction. Considered one of the most influential celebrities in Middle East entertainment, Maya has received numerous awards for her contributions to the fashion and beauty industries. Since her meteoric rise to fame, Maya has been consistently hailed as a powerful female role model, embodying feminine glamour, strength and dignity.
As a way of giving back to customers that have supported Shoe Mart’s growth into a retail giant, the brand will be launching exclusive promotion that will offer regular shoppers access to quality products at great value. This will be headlined by a 25% off promotion available in most Shoe Mart stores in the GCC from 18 February until 7 March 2015.
Shoe Mart’s silver jubilee also coincides with the launch of its Spring/Summer 2015 collection of footwear and accessories for men, women and kids, which was unveiled at a glamorous event attended by the Dubai’s VIPs and fashion elite. Drawing inspiration from reigning runway trends, the show highlighted three major themes as the key looks for the brand’s latest collections. Eclectic Tropical features warm and sunny colours reminiscent of a relaxing afternoon on a picturesque beach, while Futuristic Pastels offer styles pulsating with these florescent and space-age shades that spell sheer excitement. The third and final theme, Desert Sun, portrays a fun fashion safari of earthy neutral hues paired with metallics and exotic skins to capture the adventurous spirit of the season.
